BioBox is a biological treatment system for "grey waters". It is suitable for saunas, holiday homes, small houses sewage purification. Can be used wherever there is a need for a small efficient cleaning system.
Small and very easy to clean greyish water purifier for cottage or sauna. The function is based on microbial activity in the filter elements - No need for cleaning masks or electricity! Elements are lifted once a year and washed by rinsing or gently brushing.
The cleaning is based on the biological microbial activity that occurs in the filter elements. The elements have three different densities (290, 350, 450 m2 / m3). With them, the naturally-occurring biofiltration (biofilm) process is enhanced in a small space. The microbes in the elements remove organic matter, nutrients biologically. The large surface area of the elements (equivalent to ground filtration of 12 m2) and good air circulation make it very effective to clean.
BioBox works well in areas with load fluctuations, the enhanced filter responds quickly to load change. Purified water can be drained to a ditch, stone bed or filtered to ground.
Our range includes a SM 150 filter plate (100 cm x 120 cm x 4 cm), which makes the small effective post-filtering easy to build.
