Heating a home or building is done mainly by way of central heating. Selecting a heating system, there are various choices: Wood central heating with or without boiler, Oil and gas central heating systems. Nowadays even more popular is the heat pump. Air to air, air to water or ground source heating. If you select heat pump central heating , it is advisable to use low energy solution like floor heating. Renewable energy systems can be added to any of these heating methods which then means that we are talking about Hybrid heating using several sources of energy.
